Altus Server 1.x

NOTE: Although AltusRaster and AltusTerrain are part of this distribution they are provided only for server testing, not for production content generation. Only AltusMarker and AltusVector are compatible with the Altus 1.x Mapping Engine projection. AltusRaster and AltusTerrain will produce maps for Altus 1.x, however, the projection is slightly different and will not be accurate. When Altus 2.x is finally released these Altus Server 1.x programs will be removed.
